HSN to Offer Products Created and Developed by Moms under the Moms-for-Profit Trademark, in Partnership with Hybrid Mom Consulting & Media Group

St. James, New York January 5, 2009

Interactive multichannel retailer, HSN, has signed a strategic partnership with Hybrid Mom Consulting & Media Group to market products produced by today’s moms. The arrangement includes a presence on both HSN and hsn.com and will support the entrepreneurial mom who has dedicated her professional life to developing quality products, while still being there for her family.

The partnership, programming and content will seek to empower moms via compelling and true-to-life stories. HSN and Hybrid Mom are committed to assisting these companies in a manner they only dreamed possible. Products sold on HSN will have been created solely by the mom members of Hybrid Mom, and hsn.com will feature a custom-designed storefront featuring the products.

“This is an enormous opportunity for Hybrid Mom, for our vision and most importantly, for the moms we support,” said Stacey Smith, President and Co-Founder of Hybrid Mom Consulting & Media Group.

“We are continually searching for ways to help moms achieve their dreams and many of those dreams have to do with developing businesses that allow them to create products while staying home with their children in order to enjoy two critical aspects of their lives: family and work. To have HSN believe in our mission and put their faith behind our moms is incredible,” she added.

The partnership will begin with an online storefront on hsn.com on January 12th and appearances on HSN on January 12th, 22nd, and 29th (check local listings).
